Children have a way of showing you if and where you have trouble being able to love.
My own child has loosened me up pretty good so far; whether I’ve liked it at the time or not:)

Lucky are we for children and all they embody..
Been there…when I had my first born, Zach, 18 years ago. This is what I’m talking about and why I felt unloved in a past relationship. Somehow, it was over ‘his” head. I felt so beyond (been there, done that selfish thing sort of thing), and not that I have nothing more to learn, just that “he” wasn’t in my league. Don’t know why it took me so long to drop him, in retrospect. I’m sure it happened the way it should but glad it did.
